My third LUSH review is for their Paradise Regained Facial Moisturizer.
“At LUSH we rely on taking great care of our skin using natural AHA’s, antioxidants, softening oils and butters. Active enzymes in fruit (like pineapples) really go to town brightening up the skin while oils and butters nourish and moisturize. The paradise of our youth may be lost, but happy, healthy skin can be regained.”

Pros: A little goes a long way. Very moisturizing, almost like a balm. Would be great for dry, mature skin. This didn’t aggravate my dermatitis-prone skin which is a plus.
Cons: Too much for oily gals, I needed to blot more than usual throughout the day. The price is more than I’m used to spending on moisturizer. I want to try the Celestial Moisturizer next which is specifically for sensitive skin, and it’s less than half the price ![]()
Paradise Regained Moisturizer retails for $46.95 for 1.7oz.

Ahhh, thank you for reviewing this! I’ve actually been wanting to try this. Glad to know that it’s worth the money!
I checked out Lush yesterday! The girl told me that their $90 moisturizer was made by the Lush owner a long time ago in which he used the same ingredients that he used for Princess Dianas moisturizer. She said that the ingredients in that expensive product is harvested like once a year or something and that “it was a moisturizer for princesses.” LOL!! I totally would not spend 90 bucks on it and ended up getting imperials moisturizer which I LOVE so far!! I guess I am not a princess!! HA!
Wow, nice story! I’m not quite on a princess budget either so I’m going for Celestial next. I’m glad you found something you like
