Shew Review: LUSH Lemony Flutter

My eighth LUSH review is on the Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter.

“Inside is a thick, nourishing butter that moisturizes the hardest areas – elbows, heels, cuticles and nails. You just need a tiny dab (one pot lasts us months) of this rich lemon cream. Rub the Shea butter, cold pressed avocado oil and mango butters in to moisturize and nourish skin. Massage a bit in daily and you won’t have to deal with hangnails and cracked skin any longer!”

Pros: This has a lemony scent that I really like. I rubbed this into my cuticles, then on my hands and put on my moisturizing gloves. My hands looked and felt great the next morning. A little goes a long way.  I’m going to start using this on my feet/heels before bedtime with socks. For me this replaces  the hand and foot creams from the kit. I will repurchase this product.
Cons: Thick and a bit greasy, but not a problem if used in pm only.

Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter retails for $13.25 for a 1.5oz tub

Oh yes!! I love it too on the rough parts of my skin! Now, I never heard of moisturizing gloves. What are they and where do I get some? Oh and your video was so cute BTW… The most important lesson I learned from it is that I have been pronouncing “fiends” wrong this whole time. LOL!

Ahhhh, I’m so glad you liked this product! It’s on my list of LUSH items I want to try next. I like how the product looks in your photo, I think it looks better than the stock photo on the LUSH site. The texture looks really moisturizing!

I’m dying to get a tub of this stuff! I’ve tried it in the store and I think it smells so good and it seems like it would work really well, especially on my super dry heals! Lemon is one of my favorite scents. But I’m also trying to contain myself and not run to Lush when I know I can’t afford to purchase stuff I don’t absolutely need at this moment.

amber – Their stock photo does look odd, It’s all bright and sticky looking? Definitely not like that at all. Mine is a pastel yellow thick creme. LOVE :)

OMG Mimi! How have you been pronouncing it? Heehee

Ooooh definitely going to have to get this, my cuticles are always extremely dry even after the lotion, cream, and cuticle oil, nothing really helps :( hope this does the trick!

I need this!! I’ve never bought cuticle oil but admittedly kinda cheap to buy it :$. But THIS seems to be a “bang for your buck” product so I’ll check it out soon. Thanks Shew!!
