I used to use this when I had SUPER drawn in chola brows. It helped them from fading and wiping off in the rain lol. Since then I’ve tried going for a more natural look, but She Laq STAYS in my beauty repertoire. *Tip: Mix a drop of She Laq into eyeshadow or cake liner. After lining the eye, go back over the area with a dry angle brush dipped in the same shadow. It simply will NOT budge.
