Girls are going crazy for those! I personally wouldn’t get them but I have thought about doing them on my niece,who is about to become a teenager =)
I think it’s adorable on youngins. Not everyone can pull them off, I don’t think. I prefer the natural, subtle ones rather than the neon colored ones. I bet they would be super cute on your niece.
