I think I read somewhere that this product is being targeted at African American consumers. It defines curls and adds moisture to dry hair without giving a greasy or oily look. On my naturally straight half-Asian hair, this product smooths my split-ends (haven’t had a trim in months) and leaves my hair looking healthy with a satin-matte finish. It has a strong natural green scent, like most LUSH products do.

I don’t personally dig the natural scents as much as I do their sweet scents. I wish LUSH would make a styling product in the scent of Rockstar soap. In fact I wish they would make a lotion, shampoo, body wash, and hair finishing cream in Rockstar scent. Can you tell I’m obsessed?

Since I’m not the targeted consumer for this product I can only recommend you try this product if you have dry, coarse, or curly hair. Smell the product in-store before purchasing because the scent is pretty lasting.

Bubble Gum Lip Scrub is pretty much self explanatory. It smells very sweet like candy and bubble gum. (Apparently it has the same scent as their seasonal best-selling Snow Fairy shower gel) I rubbed a bit of the exfoliating, yet moisturizing scrub around on my lips, tasting my bottom lip just a tad. Mmmmm :p

Mint Julips Lip Scrub smells sweet and minty at the same time. I really like this one a lot. It reminds me of this peppermint vanilla candle that Target’s brand Method carried one year during Christmas. I love peppermint-vanilla scents so this one is a favorite of mine.

My ninth LUSH review is on the Each Peach Massage Bar.

“Massages are enjoyable for numerous reasons; they help us relax, they soothe sore muscles, and sometimes (like when you use an Each Peach) they moisturize your skin and uplift your spirits. Because this bar is packed with cocoa, shea, avocado and mango butters, it’s a fantastic moisturizer. Plus, we add sweet orange oil, lime and grapefruit oils to refresh and wake you up. Perfect for a fruity, uplifting massage.”

Pros: I gave my husband a massage with this bar. It melts into a buttery cream on contact with skin. I rubbed it on his back a bit to melt off some cream and then just massaged the cream into his back. He said it was very relaxing and the cream was very moisturizing. No greasy feeling, cream absorbed well after a nice long massage. Smells like Lemon PEZ!!
Cons: I had him use it on me the next night. Unfortunately my sensitive skin is allergic to something in it. I got itchy with red splotches. Had to jump in the shower and wash it off. This happened to me with a massage oil from Fascinations once.  This shouldn’t turn you off from trying it unless you have super sensitive skin like mine.
