Spring is right around the corner but I’m still lusting after a few fall finds. On my radar: Betsey Johnson’s “I Fucking Love You” chocolate box hats, MAC x Wonder Woman, and of course, more  Jonathan Adler. Supreme hit a home run with their quirky little spring accessories. One of my favorite candies of all time is Ting Ting Jahe. A ginger chew made in Indonesia, the candy is a perfect blend of sweet and spice. Ginger’s properties help to calm stomach ailments such as nausea and even motion sickness. Place two candies into a cup of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. The relief is surprisingly quick and if you’re not a fan of the taste of ginger, the hot water and sugar tones it down a bit. Ting Ting Jahe is available at most asian specialty stores and through Amazon.

I want to get married on Halloween JUST so I can have this cake

I am currently obsessed with the new mini desserts from Starbucks. Apparently the goods are just a test run here in Arizona and parts of the East Coast. So far I’ve only tried the Birthday Cake and Rocky Road Mini Cake Pops, but everything on the minis menu is too damn cute AND cheap to resist (each item is around $1.50). The fun-sized lineup also includes Tiramisu and Coconut Mini Cake Pops, Red Velvet and Chocolate “whoopie pies”, salted caramel crunch, chocolate hazelnut, and lemon squares, and mini cupcakes in peanut butter and orange cream. If I start to look a bit squishy in some areas, you know where it came from! Get them now before they are history! *pics via Starbucksmelody

As of recent Shew and I have been obsessed with our Weeners! (that’s what we call our weener dogs, Ume and Mochi). I may be the ring leader since I’ve already had my pup graduate from puppy school In celebration it was only fitting I purchase pupcakes from Furbabies! Ume celebrated in true treat style with his lil bro Mochi.

I purchased the Chicken and Carrot pupcakes without frosting for the four Weener Dogs I love. Here’s a video [video pending...facebook is being a bia]of them tearing them up. Specifically Mochi. One weener didn’t care for them at all. the other 3 gladly took part! 3 out of 4 weeners approved the pupcakes!

The quality of the product was awesome. There are various flavors to choose from. Because the actual location of Furbabies is pretty far into the east valley I would recommend having them FedEx’d even if you live in-state. The owner is REALLY sweet and says it will only take a day or two. Next time i’ll take the advice, and YES there will be a next time!
