Since Lady La is exploring Japan for awhile, I’d share these in honor of her adventures. Released at Mita Japan, this particular model was inspired by Tokyo’s Ueno Park, where Ling Ling the Giant Panda resides. It is the 4th installment of Nike’s Japan Dunk Pack and are only available in Japanese Tier 0 accounts. I bet La’s in absolute sneaker heaven.

So our very good friend is touring Asia right now. During his stay in Tokyo, he was nice enough to cop a pair of traditional geta sandals for me. I HATE my downstairs neighbor, so we figure if I stomp around in these enough, dude will eventually move. And by the way, I had NO idea how much craftsmanship goes into a pair.
