My favorites are Smoke Out and Naked. Miss.Summer recommends her own favorite combination which she calls her “Angel Stoner Eyes” because of the eerie glassy effect. The look entails using Sin all over the lid, Midnight Rodeo on the inner corners and in the crease, and Lost blended into the outer v. She then uses the 24/7 eyeliner in Demolition on upper and lower lash lines, lining the lower lash line only half way on the outer corners then smudged downward, and blended to connect the upper and lower lines. I for one will be trying this look for sure!

I LOVE Urban Decay’s 24/7 Shadow Pencils. Rehab is a favorite of mine, and I have a feeling Juju will be a new fave. Delinquent looks amazing as a liner on green-eyed beauties. These so-called “minis” are not that much smaller than the full-size 24/7 shadow pencils! So all five for $34 is a steal! (Full size 24/7 shadow pencils will run you $20 each) The shadow pencils are creamy, smooth and blend well. I like using the 24/7 shadow pencil blending brush to smudge at the lashline. They last all night over my Urban Decay primer potion. This is a super sweet holiday set.

I tried this curling iron out on my daughter, who has recently been wanting her hair styled more often. It’s important to me that I know I’m not frying her hair. This curling iron definitely left her hair looking healthy and shiny.

I used the curling iron on Medium heat, 310 F.  The curling iron was smooth and easy to use. The tip was cool to the touch. The tip comes to a point so when you release the clamp, the curl can easily slip off the barrel without any trouble. I will continue to use this iron on my daughters hair. I recommend it to anyone looking to style their hair in tight curls. I prefer looser curls myself, and I hope to try their “Volume Curls” version of this curling iron.

Burt’s Bees facial cleansing towelettes provide an extremely pleasant removal of dirt and makeup. I can’t get over how good these smell! Imagine the most delicious smelling tea, and that is what these smell like. If you are sensitive to scents, this way be a bit overwhelming, but I found it calming. It’s a nice, natural scent, tea and botanicals. The towelette was cloth-like and soft. It removed my makeup quickly and easily with each swipe, no rubbing necessary. I can’t speak on it’s removal of waterproof mascara because I don’t use waterproof mascara, but I bet our friend Miss.Summer will be able to comment on that.

Definitely my best experience so far with pre-moistened towelettes. Perfect for travel or after a late night out. Go out and get these ASAP! Available at Target and anywhere Burt’s Bees products are sold. Retail price is $6

Burt’s Bees Cranberry & Pomegranate Sugar Scrub

This luxurious body scrub exfoliates to leave skin silky and soft, naturally. A deliciously sweet blend of cranberry seeds and pomegranate oil combine with natural sugar crystals and shea butter to gently polish and condition skin leaving it feeling healthy, smooth and glowing.

This sugar scrubs smells sooo good. I seriously wanted to eat it. I refrained and instead rubbed it all over my wet skin in the shower. It feels good and thick, but not too rough to where it hurts. You can see the sugar crystals dissolve and the cranberry seeds remain as you rub in circular motions. When I rinsed the scrub off, the water beaded off my skin as if I had applied baby oil to my body. My skin felt smooth, soft and moisturized. Overall, this is a win. The smell alone is enough to repurchase. YUM!

Over the weekend I had a hair emergency. It was my hubby’s birthday party and I wanted to look fly. I had a hair appointment at Drybar, something I only do on special occasions. Unfortunately, the 101 freeway was down to one lane and I had to call and cancel last minute. Sad Panda.
