Natalie Kills – Zombie
It’s dark. and creepy. and I like it.

What do my Twilighters think about the movie poster that was just released?
Or the fact that there will be a new Victoria in Eclipse?

OPI Shrek Forever After Collection – Summer 2010
Very unexpected, but I actually like some of the colors.

Funky Donkey, What’s With the Cattitude, and Rumple’s Wiggin’

Who The Shrek Are You?, Ogre-The-Top Blue, and Fiercely Fiona

There’s a reason behind my nickname, Dollface Killa… and it has EVERYTHING to do with foundation, eye brow pencil, powder, and lipgloss. Underneath it all lies a pretty embarrassing secret: I’ve NEVER once in three years have allowed my boyfriend to see me without a trace of makeup on. Yes. I’m one of THOSE. It’s pretty funny actually. I can remember the early stages of our relationship; I would go to sleep in FULL MAKEUP (disregarding how horrible it was for my skin). And even NOW, I make him shut his eyes before I get into bed, hoping he won’t catch a glimpse of my stupid, vain insecurity. That’s insanity right? America The Beautiful exposes the UGLY truth behind what we as women consider to be “pretty”. I’m hoping to learn something from this; I find it quite ironic that I run a website that focuses on empowerment, when I myself, have yet to feel empowered at times. Maybe partaking in this discussion (moderated by Karlie Hustle), will allow me to shed some unrealistic expectations, or at least come to terms with parts of myself.

Wesley Snipes & Don Cheadle
Ethan Hawke & Antoine Fuqua
Brooklyn’s Finest  was comparable to an east coast version of Training Day. Not a coincidence considering its the same director! The movie comes out March 5th and if you’re into the crooked cop scenarios and moral dilemmas check it out! Interviewing the cast was awesome….they were all so cool. A little bummed I didn’t see Richard Gere anywhere

of Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver (1976). The clothes, the shades, the diy haircut, the mental agitation. My type of man indeed.

I don’t particularly obsess over sneakers, but I do however, harbor a MEAN infatuation for Tarantino flicks. Now up for grabs at High Point, these (available in red) will move faster than the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique.

It was my ultimate goal to stay in for New Year’s Eve last year and thanks to sweetie pie, it didn’t happen. To ring in 2010, we’re dining with very dear friends and then going… HOME. Yes ladies and gents we are skipping the festivities and partying in our pj’s (or lack there of). Despite the excessive amounts of Christmas and Halloween flicks, movies based around New Year’s are almost non existant. Why is that? Here’s what I plan on watching Thursday night in my skivvies

Sunset Boulevard. Surprisingly have not seen this. My mom described it as “film noir” so naturally that enticed me.

200 Cigarettes. Have seen. Amazing cast. 1981. Elvis Costello is in it.

and the pièce de résistance, New Year’s Evil. Have seen. DUH. Here’s a clip because chances are YOU haven’t.
