LUSH: Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb

LUSH Fluffy Egg Bath Bomb $6.95 (4.9 0z)

It’s Back! I look forward to the Fluffy Egg bath bomb every spring. I’m a huge fan of the Candy Fluff scented items at LUSH: Creamy Candy bubble bar, Snowfairy shower gel, Rockstar soap, and Candy Fluff dusting powder. The scent is described as a vanilla ice cream cone that fell into a cotton candy machine… ummm Yes Please!

Fluffy Egg is enormously popular every Easter. While we love the cheery pink color, we think it might be because Fluffy Egg smells like a vanilla ice cream cone that fell into a cotton candy machine. The scent comes from the (now retired) Candy Fluff dusting powder, so those of you who adore Creamy Candy bubble bar will fall madly in love with Fluffy Egg. This limited edition holiday bomb is better for you than chocolate, so you can use as many as you want-without the guilt!

LUSH: The Immaculate Eggception

The Immaculate Eggception is LUSH’s newest Easter invention. Inside each giant fizzy egg is a secret surprise. Just crack the Bath Bomb shell to find out! Get a hold on your egg, line up the crease with the edge of a hard surface and give it one good WHACK! Once it’s cracked, you can drop the shell in your tub for a beautiful ylang ylang, grapefruit and vanilla bath. And of course, enjoy the mysterious treat inside, too

The Immaculate Eggception Bath Bomb $12.95

The Immaculate Eggception comes in a yellow colorway, and a pink colorway (shown). I cracked mine open and found a mini chick bath bomb. This really is a three in one bath bomb: two pieces of shell and the mini bath bomb inside. I look forward to the three relaxing baths I will get out of this.

Check out The Immaculate Eggception and other Easter goodies at your nearest LUSH store or on LUSHusa.com

Nail of the Day: Happy Hunger Games

China Glaze Smoke and Ashes & Riveting

Coal and Fire baby ;)

From the China Glaze Hunger Games Collection available at Sally Beauty

I had the opportunity to attend a screening of The Hunger Games Wednesday night. If you have read the books, you will notice that a lot is left out of the film. Naturally it is difficult to fit all the depth of a book into a two hour movie. I enjoyed it regardless :)

LUSH No Drought Dry Shampoo

LUSH No Drought Dry Shampoo 4.6 oz – $12.95

No Drought gives your hair an extra day without washing. Just massage it sparingly into your scalp and through your hair, and then shake it out (if you’ve got long hair, you might need a quick brush to make sure you’re covered). Corn flour and talc absorb excess oil and leave locks soft to the touch. Lemon, grapefruit and lime oils will give your hair a fresh and fruity fragrance too. No need to wash; just go!

Oh Em Gee.. this dry shampoo smells sooo good! It has a lemon sugar scent and doesn’t leave any white residue in my very dark hair. I have a dry scalp, which leads to a lot of excess oil. This powder soaks it right up and even adds some volume to my hair. Just squeeze the bottle and the powder puffs right into your hand. Simply distribute the powder throughout your scalp with your fingers, and brush it through. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

LUSH Grass Shower Gel

LUSH Grass Shower Gel (3.3 fl.oz.) – $9.95

Our deep green shower gel is made with our earthy Ninja fragrance and smells like a freshly mown lawn in springtime. We make it in our LUSH kitchens with fresh, antioxidant wheatgrass juice to care for and nourish weathered skin. Neroli and bergamot oils brighten moods and bring sunshine to all of your days. It’s so good, it’s worth getting out of bed for in the morning, and the scent lingers on your skin for the rest of the day.

If you love grassy scents like me, you will love lathering up in Grass shower gel from LUSH. It really does seem to brighten your mood and get you ready for the day. I like to use it as shampoo, as well as a body wash. It’s not very thick, in fact it’s a bit on the watery side so be careful not to squirt too much at one time. I’d probably recommend using a loofah to get the most out of it. This won’t dry out your skin and the scent does linger, which I like. Nothing says springtime like the scent of a freshly mown lawn. Being in AZ, mine is still brown and this has reminded me that it’s about time throw down some fertilizer. While I run to Home Depot you guys should be running to LUSH!

TOM FORD Beauty

TOM FORD Beauty burst onto the scene with some of the most amazing beauty ads I’ve ever seen. Between these visuals and the classic, luxurious packaging, how can you not lust for this makeup collection? I have yet to see the collection in person, but luckily I have amazing friends and I received an early birthday gift consisting of the Noir Absolute Gel Liner and the Eyeliner & Definer brush.

Noir Absolute For Eyes $35

Tom Ford’s dramatic eye accessory: a black gel formula that sweeps over the entire lid for a smoldering eye or can be used to fluidly and boldly line the lid. Its highly enriched, blackened pigment is infused with a unique spark of blue optics that catch the light and brighten the eyes for an extremely dimensional effect.

A closer look reveals the blue optics. So Gorgeous.

Have YOU seen Tom Ford Beauty in person? What was your impression?

Tom Ford Beauty is available at Saks and Neiman Marcus.

SOHO Beauty Sponge

A drugstore Beauty Blender duplicate for only $7?!

Many have tried, from Sonia Kashuk to Sephora to ULTA, but this is by far the best knock-off I’ve seen. It looks and feels most like the Beauty Blender sponge, and the price is right!

The SOHO Beauty Sponge is available at Walgreens for $6.99

Urban Decay Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color

Urban Decay Super-Saturated High Gloss Lip Color

Urban Decay’s creamiest, most sumptuously pigmented lip pencil. This formula delivers all the opaque, saturated, high-impact color of your favorite lipstick and an arresting high-gloss finish in one chubby pencil. And with a dynamic bright to deep shade range in creamy and sparkly textures, the runway-ready possibilities are endless. Even the glittery hues in this collection of high-gloss lip pencils feel smooth on your lips (and leave not a trace of sparkle grit). This conveniently portable pencil’s high-gloss shine can be blotted for a more stain-like effect, but no matter how you wear it, the color lasts. Free of mineral oil and paraffin, this formula contains plant-derived ingredients that nourish lips. Because the barrels and boxes are color-matched to each shade, locating the color you want is easy, even in the deep, dark depths of an oversize tote.

Available in 7 colors for $19 a piece, exclusively at Sephora. Their newest two colors for spring 2012 are Lovechild and Apocalypse.

Urban Decay Super-Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in Lovechild

Urban Decay Super-Saturated High Gloss Lip Color in Apocalypse

Lovechild (pale pink) and Apocalypse (deep plum)

These are a really great product! I love how precise and portable chubby pencils are. These are so smooth and pigmented, with a great high-shine finish. Lovechild will be my Valentine’s lip tonight! I’ll let you guys know how the wear is :D

Has anyone tried these pencils yet? Which colors? Now I really want Fbomb (bright red cream) and Punch Drunk (bright orange cream)!
