I was grateful enough to come across the owner and creator of Camp Spin-Off, Tina T. Who has graciously offered this opportunity for you or someone you know to go to Camp Spin Off! This is such an amazing camp, if I was eligible I’d go! PLEASE don’t miss out on a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn to DJ with some of the industry’s BEST!

While in Brazil, I experienced one of the most amazing desserts I’ve ever had. and it was simple enough to find here. Maybe I just had never had it because I would never order anything like this in my day to day routine, and on vacation I am much more adventurous and forgiving when it comes to my personal menu. Molten chocolate cake and ice cream. simple. divine.
I was able to find an acceptable form of this I wouldn’t feel terrible about indulging in and that’s the Fresh&Easy mini version of chocolate molten cake. small, but enough to share. 4 in a pack. no high fructose corn syrup and done in the oven in 15 minutes. Coupled with a little scoop of non-dairy coconut milk vanilla ice cream! holler! put a fancy spin on the ole favorite, it’s awesome.
1 cake = 450 calories [split it w/ur boo and it's not bad]
1 scoop = around 150 calories [almost half of a regular ice cream scoop]

I go through phases of collecting things. When I was younger it was sea shells, foreign money, and PEZ dispensers. As I got older it was baby pictures of all my friends, photobooth strips, and Nike Dunks. Now I collect moments. Moments in time that aren’t for purchase. The smells and feelings or conversations felt while traveling overseas, laugh sessions so long they burn my abs and a space in my heart, and sunsets. Here’s to kicking off my sunset collection.

With a special nod to new family at Teruo Artistry.

This weekend I spent the day visiting my dogs, Ume & Bento. My parent’s weener dogs Sumo & Chorizo were there too. Sometimes you just need some weener in your life. In my case, Dachsund love is unmatched!

We had a blast. I’ll let Miss.Summer&Shew give you the deets, but here’s what the whole experience looked like from my perspective!
*Special shout outs to the staff who were wonderful and Alli who did a marvelous job on my mop!
