I know by now everyone is sick of the speculation on the Rihanna and Chris Brown situation.  I’ll spare you the current gossip and latest rumors, I just want to comment on an observation I’ve made through it all and get feedback from ya’ll fiends.

I’ve followed this case quite closely, and it is true that details are hazy and we don’t know exactly what went down, but why do I continually see and hear women saying the following things:

“She probably did something to deserve that.”

“She must have really made him mad for him to do that to her.”

“Maybe she needed to be put in her place.”
